Works/San Jose is proud to present "Connecting to Nature: Art and the Archetypal Symbol," an exhibition featuring the work of six Bay Area artists who explore the connections between nature, archetypal symbolism, and the unconscious. Artists Diana Pumpelly Bates, Kay Fontana, Cynthia Handel, Lynn Powers, Glen Rogers, and Wanda Waldera find a balance and solace in nature that allows them to approach art making from a spiritual, meditative place.
